Who visited Skerryvore in 1814?

title: 'A drawing of a lighthouse on the coast.'

In 1814, a committee of the Commissioners, including Sir Walter Scott, visited Skerryvore[1]. Scott recorded his impressions of the rock, noting its desolate nature and potential as a lighthouse location[1]. It would be a most desolate position for a Lighthouse - the Bell Rock and Eddystone ajoke to it...So much for the Skerry Vhor[1].'
